Privacy Policy

Clear boundaries. Human language.

Privacy should be clear, calm, and easy to understand. This page explains how the Elyvia website and app handle information, including information used by AI-powered features.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

The short version

  • The public website is designed to collect as little information as possible.
  • Google Gemini generates Elyvia's conversational responses, and ElevenLabs generates Elyvia's voice.
  • Nothing is transmitted to these AI services until you explicitly agree.
  • Information shared with these services is limited to your messages, preferred name, and mood context.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Please do not submit medical, crisis, or highly sensitive information through website forms or email.
  • Elyvia is an AI emotional companion, not a therapist, counselor, doctor, or crisis service.
  • Your app data is stored locally on your device and can be removed from that device.

1. Who We Are

Elyvia is the official AI emotional companion from Lumora Amor. This Privacy Policy explains how the Elyvia website and app handle information, AI conversations, updates waitlist links, contact requests, analytics, cookies, and privacy choices.

2. What the Website Collects

The public website is primarily informational. If you sign up for launch updates, we securely store your email address for notification purposes.

If you email Elyvia, we receive the email address and message content you choose to send. Basic server logs from the hosting provider may include IP address, requested URLs, user agent, date, time, and security-related request metadata.

3. What the Website Does Not Collect

The website does not ask you to submit medical records, diagnoses, medication information, therapy notes, trauma details, crisis status, journal entries, voice recordings, or deeply personal mental health stories.

Please do not submit protected health information or sensitive mental health details through website forms or email.

4. How Elyvia Works (AI Transparency)

Google Gemini generates Elyvia's conversational responses. ElevenLabs generates Elyvia's voice.

Before any AI feature is used, Elyvia shows you a consent screen that explains how these services work. Nothing is transmitted until you explicitly agree.

Information shared with Google Gemini or ElevenLabs is limited to:

  • Your messages
  • Your preferred name
  • Your mood context

No extra personal data is shared. Elyvia uses the paid Google Gemini tier, and conversations are never used to train AI models.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

Elyvia is designed with privacy in mind.

Your app data, including settings, preferences, journal entries, mood check-ins, and wellness activity, is stored locally on your device. Elyvia does not store a server-side copy of your app data.

Certain AI-powered features require communication with Google Gemini or ElevenLabs to provide conversational or voice functionality after you consent.

Only the limited information described in the AI Transparency section is transmitted for that processing. Elyvia does not retain a server-side copy of those interactions.

6. Analytics and Cookies

The public website does not include Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads tracking, Hotjar, FullStory, session replay, behavioral advertising pixels, or embedded analytics scripts. The site does not set first-party cookies through its own JavaScript.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Gemini for AI-powered conversations and ElevenLabs for voice generation after you consent. The website loads Google Fonts to display Elyvia's typography. When a page loads, Google Fonts may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the requested font files.

The website may also link to Google Play, YouTube, TikTok, and email services. These third parties may receive identifiers such as IP address, browser or device information, cookies, account identifiers, message content you send them, or the fact that you clicked a link.

8. Important Note

Elyvia is an AI emotional companion, not a therapist, counselor, doctor, or crisis service.

It doesn't provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It can't replace professional care or a licensed provider's judgment.

If you're in crisis, thinking about self-harm, or feel unsafe, please don't rely on Elyvia. Reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline right away.

Elyvia can listen, reflect, and support your emotional self-expression. But when your safety is at risk, human help matters most.

9. Local Data and Deletion

Elyvia does not hold your app data on its servers. There is no Elyvia account database containing your app data.

You control the data stored by the app on your device. You can remove it using your device's controls to delete the app and its locally stored data.

10. Your Choices & Control

You can choose “Not Now” on the consent screen. Journaling, mood check-ins, and mindful moments can work without AI processing at all.

You can withdraw consent anytime in Settings → AI & Privacy. AI processing stops after consent is withdrawn. That settings page also lists which services are used and why.

11. Security

API credentials are not stored inside the app. They are delivered securely at runtime.

12. Contact

For privacy or compliance questions, email Darrell.CollinsII@elyviaapp.com.
