Safety
Privacy is part of the emotional experience.
The goal is not to make vulnerability feel exposed. The goal is to make it feel held.
Practical transparency
What may be shared: Chat messages, mood reflections, check-ins, voice transcripts when voice features are enabled, and other information you choose to share during AI-powered conversations.
Why it may be shared: This information is used to process your request and generate Elyvia's conversational response.
Who receives it: Google Gemini receives the information needed to provide AI processing and response generation.
Your control: You choose whether to use AI-powered features and what information to share. You can stop an interaction or avoid sharing information you do not want processed.
Emotional support boundaries
Elyvia can listen, reflect, and support emotional self-expression. It is not a therapist, doctor, medical provider, crisis service, or diagnostic tool.
Elyvia does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation, so they should not replace professional judgment.
Emergency situations
Do not rely on Elyvia for emergency situations. If you are in immediate danger, thinking about harming yourself, or experiencing a crisis, call 911 or contact 988 in the U.S., or use the appropriate emergency or crisis service where you live.
